The Historic Festival 44 at Lime Rock Park hits the track Labor Day Weekend, September 3–7, 2026. This premier vintage racing weekend packs five days of celebration into one legendary circuit, featuring a 17-mile race car parade, three days of wheel-to-wheel competition, and a massive car show that fills the infield with classics, exotics, and everything in between.
When it’s time to grab a slice, Alycia and Kevin point you to Deano’s, just 0.4 miles from the town center. A local favorite for New York–style thin-crust pizza, it’s their go-to refuel stop. Kevin swears by the bacon cheddar ranch, while Alycia’s pick is the BBQ chicken — both are full-on mangia material.

In recognition of Robert Bublak Jr.’s 2025 Rookie of the Year season on the ultra-competitive Short Track Super Series schedule across the Northeast—and his impressive Top 5 finish in the historic Fonda 200—Cars & Slices TV is kicking off the racing season by welcoming race fans for a special Opening Day gathering.
Join us as we fire up our new pizza oven for the first time, share fresh slices with early race fans, and talk racing history, dirt track culture, and what drivers and fans can expect during the 2026 season at the legendary Track of Champions.
Come for the pizza, stay for the stories, and celebrate the start of another great year of short-track racing. The Fonda Speedway is located just of New York State Thruway/ I-90 Exit 28. The track is situated on the Montgomery County Fairgrounds at 21 South Bridge Street, Fonda, NY 12068.
